A group process used to generate creative and effective ideas and strategies.
In the brainstorming process, each member of the group writes down each
relevant idea that occurs to him or her, without editing its content physically
or even mentally. The group leader or facilitator then collects the ideas and
leads the group in discussing and dissecting them to distill the most effective
concepts and strategies from them. |
