CLINICAL MANAGEMENT OF ATHLETIC AMENORRHOEA IN AUSTRALIA: COMPARISON WITH THE INTERNATIONAL GUIDELINES Principal Researchers: Dr Gaele Ducher (Aust), Dr Sonja Kukuljan (Aust), Dr Anne Turner (Aust). You are invited to take part in a research project designed to assess the current practices of medical caregivers in the evaluation and treatment of amenorrhoea in female athletes in Australia. Please take a few minutes to read all the following details about this research project before proceeding to complete the survey. Only read on and complete this survey if you have the ability to prescribe medication to patients aged 12 years or older. We are asking you to complete the following survey, which will take about 10 minutes to complete. This survey asks questions about practice settings, sex steroids therapy and availability of resources regarding athletic amenorrhoea. Your responses to this questionnaire are completely anonymous and cannot be traced back to you. As we are not able to identify who submitted questionnaires, it will not be possible to withdraw your responses to the questionnaire after submission. Once you have read and understood the details about this study, please tick the ‘YES’ box on the first page of the survey to be able to complete the questionnaire.
