What Really Matters Survey on Person-Directed Supports

CQL|The Council on Quality and Leadership launched the What Really Matters Initiative in the Fall 2009. This initiative is designed to provide help to organizations by shifting away unnecessary distractions and focusing on the real meaning of things – personal choice and person-directed services.

In our work - we need to focus on what really matters to people; we need to be about excellence in facilitating personal control and person-directed services.

The What Really Matters initiative will identify person-directed services with the greatest impact on peoples’ quality of life. CQL invites you to join with us in this process.

In this survey, you will rank order a set of items (previously identified by an expert panel) in terms of their importance in making person-directed services and supports a reality for people.
