Thank you for participating in our Decision Making Study. NOTE: You may take this survey anonymously if you so choose. The purpose of the study is to further investigate how we make decisions, and to develop an approach to help us improve the quality of our decisions. The study is based on the premise that decision making involves three key components: Intuition, Emotions, and Rational Thinking. These components are highly intertwined and influence each other. Our hypothesis underlying this study is outlined in our article on Decision Making which is accessible through this link http://www.thewilltochange.com/id42.html . The Decisions Making Survey is aimed at business owners, corporate managers, and private individuals who made a significant decision over the past 2 to 5 years. Ideally, the decision should have been one which required considerable deliberation, and which took you some time to reach. The survey explores the role that intuition, emotions, and rational thinking played in your decision. We are looking for both successful and unsuccessful decisions. The survey has the following sections: 1. Personal Details 2. The Decision 3. Core Values and Decision Criteria 4. The Assumptions 5. The Role of Intuition 6. The Role of Emotions 7. Outside Intervention Thank you.
