The Social Business Benchmark™ program focuses on set of questions about your strategic intent, operational alignment, organizational readiness, staffing and social tool use. Your responses will identify trends in social business and social media current and best practices. This survey will take about 10 minutes to complete. All responses are confidential and findings will be shared with participants in Spring 2013.
