Welcome to Midwest Gaming & Travel Readers' Choice Awards Ballot for Missouri

We'd appreciate it if you take a few minutes to vote your faves in Missouri. We'll compile the results and publish them in the June issue. Next month, we'll provide a ballot for the Native American casinos. Those results will be published in the July issue. The results of these surveys will provide you with valuable information as you plot your own course for a rendezvous with Lady Luck.

After we've compiled the results (paper and online), we're going to throw all the ballots into our game bin and then draw three winners. They will each receive a two-night package for two at a Midwestern casino. If you would like to be entered into this drawing, fill out the contact info on the following page.

We'd like you to fill out a ballot for each state in which you have favorite casinos, however, you will only be entered into the drawing once - keeping it fair for the paper ballot people.
